Your first five minutes
- 1Complete your company profile (name, address, logo) — this appears on invoices
- 2Invite at least one crew member so you have someone to assign work to
- 3Create a work order for a real or test job to get familiar with the flow
- 4Log a few hours on that work order to see how time tracking works
- 5Generate a draft invoice from the work order to see how billing comes together
You don't need everything set up perfectly before you start. The best way to learn IRONGRID is to create a real work order and work through it. You can always fill in missing details as you go.
