Managing Your Subscription

How to view your current plan, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your IRONGRID subscription.

Your IRONGRID subscription is managed under Settings > Billing. Only account Owners can access billing settings.

Viewing your current plan

Your current plan, billing cycle, next renewal date, and seat count are all shown under Settings > Billing > Plan Summary.

Upgrading your plan

  1. 1Go to Settings > Billing
  2. 2Tap Upgrade Plan
  3. 3Review the available plans and select the one that fits your team size
  4. 4Confirm the change — the new rate applies immediately, prorated for the remainder of your current billing period

Downgrading your plan

You can downgrade at any time. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If downgrading reduces your available seats and you currently have more team members than the lower plan allows, you'll need to remove team members before the downgrade can be processed.

Canceling your subscription

To cancel, go to Settings > Billing > Cancel Plan. Your account stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that, it goes into read-only mode — you can still view all your data but can't create new work orders or invoices.

Before canceling, consider exporting your data. Go to Settings > Data Export to download a full archive of your work orders, time entries, and invoices.
