Billing information is managed under Settings > Billing. Only account Owners can make changes to payment details.
Updating your payment method
- 1Go to Settings > Billing
- 2Under Payment Method, tap Update Card
- 3Enter your new card details
- 4Save — your next charge will use the new card
IRONGRID does not store your card number directly — payments are processed through Stripe. Your previous card is removed immediately when you save a new one.
Updating your billing address
Your billing address appears on payment receipts and can optionally be shown on outgoing invoices. Update it under Settings > Billing > Billing Address.
Changing your billing email
By default, billing receipts go to the account owner's email. To route them to a different address — such as an office manager or accountant — update the Billing Email field under Settings > Billing.
To find a copy of any past receipt, go to Settings > Billing > Billing History. Every transaction is listed there with a downloadable PDF receipt.
